Blaze and the Monster Machines needed two approaches for its youngest audiences. Research into infant and toddler aesthetics shaped a licensing style guide organized around Born to Race for infants and I’m a Star for toddlers.

Badges, patterns, and icons gave each section its own character while drawing on the educational CGI series, which introduces STEM concepts and facts about animals. The guide presented the two aesthetics as separate collections of design elements.
